We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it for a family trip. The house fit our group of eight easily and felt comfortable the whole time. It was well set up for how we actually used it. The living room had plenty of seating, so movie nights were easy. The pool and pool table got a lot of use. We cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen had the plates, pots, and pans we needed, so we never had to work around missing basics. A couple of things came up while we were there, and the owners got back to us right away and took care of them. That made the stay feel easy. Comfortable house, and hosts who actually follow through.

Most people who book it are here for something specific. State Farm Stadium is nine miles away, and so are Desert Diamond Arena, Westgate and Camelback Ranch, where the Cactus League plays through February and March. Historic Downtown Glendale is five miles. Sky Harbor is nineteen. That puts a Cardinals game, a concert and a spring training morning all inside a twenty-minute drive, without staying in a hotel block.
Inside there is a themed game room with a PS5, an Xbox and a shelf of board games, which is what saves an afternoon when it is too hot to be outside. There is a putting green in the yard, 500mbps internet and four smart TVs. The whole house is yours — no shared space, no host on site.
