- Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. A deodorization fee of up to $500 will be charged for violations. Outdoor smoking is permitted in a designated area away from windows and doors.

- What should we know about the pool?
- No glass in the pool area — use plastic cups only. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No diving — the pool has varying depths. Pool is heated — if temperature adjustment is needed, contact us. Rinse off before entering the pool. No pool floats or inflatables left unattended after dark. Pool area must be quiet after 9:00 PM per HOA rules.
- Is there mini golf on site?
- The backyard features a private mini golf course for your enjoyment! Clubs and putters are in the storage bin near the first hole. Return all equipment to the bin after playing. Children should play under adult supervision. No aggressive swinging — be mindful of other guests.
- Is there WiFi?
- Yes — the home has WiFi throughout, and the network name and password are in your arrival details and in the welcome guide once you have booked.
Departure
- What do we need to do before we leave?
- Load and run the dishwasher. Empty all trash cans and place bags in outdoor bins. Place used towels on the bathroom floor. Return mini golf equipment to the storage bin. Lock all doors and windows. Turn off all lights, fans, and AC.
