Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations 14–29 days before check-in receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
House Rules
  • No smoking inside — $500 deodorization fee for violations.
  • No glass in the pool area.
  • No events or parties without prior written approval.
  • Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
  • Return all mini golf equipment to the storage bin after use.

  • Checkout tasks: run dishwasher, empty trash, lock all doors.
Pet Policy
  • Pets welcome with advance approval.
  • No pets on furniture or bedding.
  • No pets in or near the pool.
  • All pet waste must be cleaned up immediately.
Parking
  • Driveway parking available.
  • Do not block the street or neighboring properties.
Noise & Neighbors
  • Pool area must be quiet after 9:00 PM per HOA rules.
  • Outdoor music should be kept at conversational levels after 9:00 PM.
  • This is a family neighborhood — please be respectful at all times.
